#30 Jess Ross

Jess has the skill set of a guard, often grabbing a rebound and pushing the ball up the floor leading the break. She is as comfortable facing up from behind the arc as she is catching on the block and playing back to the basket. Her size and athleticism allow her to defend equally well on the perimeter as she does protecting the rim in the paint. She is a natural leader and tremendous teammate, and her leadership is as effective as her play.
