#0 Maria Tomova

This was Maria's first year in the United States coming from Bulgaria. She started the year strong, working out in the gym on weekdays and weekends alone, showing her serious work ethic. When the season began, she was more than ready to handle the ball, lead the team, and do whatever it takes to win games. In the first tournament of the season she finished with 26 points and 10 rebounds over the course of two big wins. She has a tenacity to fight for loose balls, pressure opposing ball handlers and take the ball to the basket. Finally, Maria has unlimited range, shooting three points with great accuracy well behind the line.
