Darlene's whole value to the team is not told through her stats. She does whatever is needed when we need it. When our leading scorer was out against Holderness, she put up 17 pts. We don't have a true center, but when we have faced teams with true centers, she is the one asked to guard them and she is a fantastic interior defender. She leads the team in minutes (27 per game). She handles the ball tremendously well and has quick hands. She has already been named one of next year's team captains.
